    October 2013 PCB total shipments , compared with the same period last year , an increase of 3.6%. YTD shipments , compared with the same period last year , though still negative growth , but has improved to -2.9 %.
    North American PCB orders rose 7.0% , the growth rate of orders so far this year pushed to 0.1 %.
